Job Requirements
- Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
- Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
- Commitment to following brand standards and procedures
- Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- Enthusiasm for customer service and team leadership
- Legal eligibility to work
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer service challenges effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable operating restaurant equipment
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
- Lead, train, and develop team members
- Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with brand standards for food preparation and restaurant cleanliness
- Operate restaurant equipment including registers and headsets
- Support flexible scheduling and assist with other tasks as needed
