Job Requirements

  • Willingness to stand and move for most of the shift
  • Ability to use restaurant equipment such as registers and grills
  • Commitment to following brand standards and procedures
  • Reliable transportation to travel to home store and other locations occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to handle customer service challenges effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Comfortable operating restaurant equipment

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
  • Lead, train, and develop team members
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards for food preparation and restaurant cleanliness
  • Operate restaurant equipment including registers and headsets
  • Support flexible scheduling and assist with other tasks as needed
