Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years of management experience preferably in a restaurant
  • ability to work a standard 47.5 to 50 hour work week
  • ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • availability to work scheduled days and hours designated by the General Manager or District Manager
  • basic computer knowledge
  • strong financial and analytical skills
  • ability to plan, budget, schedule, and manage P and L
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • strong team building and problem solving skills
  • effective verbal and written communication skills
  • physical ability to work long hours, stand for prolonged periods, work in heat, work close to others, move throughout the restaurant to observe operations, lift 50 to 75 pounds comfortably, and handle cleaning products

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years in a management position preferably in a restaurant
  • basic knowledge of computers
  • financial and analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P and L management
  • organizational, planning, and time management skills
