Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in restaurant management or related field
  • ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
  • passion for leadership and customer service
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • physical capability to perform restaurant duties effectively
  • willingness to assist in all aspects of restaurant operations

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized restaurant
  • manage profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and business performance metrics
  • hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
  • create and execute local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community events
  • deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • collaborate with corporate teams to implement company standards and initiatives
