Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in restaurant management or related field
- ability to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- passion for leadership and customer service
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- physical capability to perform restaurant duties effectively
- willingness to assist in all aspects of restaurant operations

Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management
- ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean and organized restaurant
- manage profit and loss statements, sales forecasting, and business performance metrics
- hire, train, and develop restaurant team members
- create and execute local marketing initiatives such as fundraisers and community events
- deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve customer concerns promptly
- collaborate with corporate teams to implement company standards and initiatives
