Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Must have or be able to acquire an ABLE License
- Ability to provide excellent guest service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry trays or items as required
- Must be dependable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in hospitality or banquet serving is preferred
- Ability to work well in a team
- Demonstrated customer service excellence
- Knowledge of banquet service etiquette and standards
Job Duties
- Set banquet tables to meet function specifications
- Deliver and serve food and beverages including meals, condiments and accompaniments
- Ensure menu knowledge to assist guests
- Remove china, glassware, silverware from tables after meals and deliver to stewarding area
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal service
- Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Assist fellow team members and other departments to maintain positive working relationships
- Assist with side work including cleaning, stocking and folding silverware
